I went in recently craving a good place to "people watch"(a favorite NYC activity) and somthing to fill my stomach. You start with a baguette with butter and a simple green salad. I decided to have a bistro classic. The steak au poive was spicy with a nice crust of peppers and juicy on the inside. Paired with a nice cabernet, you have a classic meal that satisfies.
The food is simple yes, but really it is the convenience of a great location(near tons of shopping) and great crowd, a winning combination.
